Basically the remanufactured products are broken down into two categories as follows;

| Class B Refurbished Product : Product that has been tested evaluated cleaned with damaged parts replaced where necessary and repackaged in a clean white carton with coloured posters installed depicting the product and specifications. These products are referred to as our class "B" refurbished product and represent excellent value discounts and can be purchased F.O.B. or prepaid and charged, with or without parts warranty as negotiated. |

| Class C Refurbished Product : Product that has been tested evaluated repaired cleaned and deemed in very good working order but would have a mixture of exterior product side panel damage, normally more so in our stainless steel product line. Traditionally the panels are not replaced due to the high costs involved but the units are solidly functional but some esthetic dents, scratches and marks would be visible. These products are referred to as our class "C" refurbished products. They are packed in plain new corrugated kraft cartons and have extremely good exceptionally competitive pricing. Free product allowance with every shipment at 2% as negotiated in lieu of parts warranty. |
