The Greenway principals have been established in the North American marketplace in excess of forty years conducting appliance home product related business also on all continents over this period.

| In doing so and given our large volume of business (conducted at the wholesale supply level) we accumulate, from time to time, within our product lines, product that has sustained damages in handling and transportation across North America. |

|
To this end all products are returned from our retail and wholesale accounts to our Ontario Canada headquarter facilities for remanufacturing whereby the products are placed on our assembly lines and thoroughly tested cleaned and repackaged for direct resale.
